Order goods
For watches that are not in stock, these are classified as made-to-order items. This means that the delivery time for these products is between 2-4 weeks, depending on your geographical location. We appreciate your understanding of the longer waiting time, which is necessary to ensure that you receive the watch you have selected, of the highest quality and in the correct color and style.
Clocks in stock
If you are looking for a watch that can be delivered faster, we recommend that you check under the Stock tab. Watches that are in stock are ready to ship immediately and offer a delivery time of only 1-4 business days. This allows you to get your new watch in less time and start using it soon.
Tracking and Notifications
When your package has been sent, you will receive an SMS notification from PostNord with information about your delivery. After you receive this message, you can easily follow your package and track its status via PostNord's tracking service. This way you can keep track of your delivery and know exactly when it is expected to arrive.

Right of withdrawal and returns
According to the Distance Shopping Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within this time period. After you notify us of your decision to return the product, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to return the item in unaltered condition and in the original packaging. Our company is not responsible for the handling or condition of the return during the return transport. Once we have received the item in approved condition, or received proof that it has been sent, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Guarantee
The customer has a warranty on the watch for 1 year. This applies if the clock stops working properly during this period. The warranty does not cover scratches and cracks on the watch. The warranty also does not cover water damage.
