SeikoMod.Se is a Swedish-based company dedicated to modifying Seiko watches based on the customer's own wishes.
All watches on the website are built around Seiko's original movement, mainly NH35 ich VK63 depending on the model. All other components (case, glass, bracelet, etc.) are aftermarket parts that do not come from Seiko. This means that the watches have a unique and personal look, but are not officially manufactured or approved by Seiko.
If you cannot find the watch you are looking for on the website, you can contact us via email (SeikoMod.Se@gmail.com) or via Instagram (SeikoModSe) and we can agree on a design that suits your wishes.
Own design
Can't find the right watch on the website? No problem. You can then contact via Mail to (SeikoMod.Se@Gmail.com) where you describe how you want your watch to look. Images of inspiration on the watch are preferred so that misunderstandings do not arise. You can also send several pictures and explain to each picture what you want your watch to consist of.
But first, check the watches on the website to see if there isn't already one similar to the one you had in mind. If there are minor changes such as color, size, bracelet type, a different dial, you can buy that model and write in the text box what you would like to change.
We have all watches on the website with both Arabic dials, Roman dials and originals. If you find a nice watch with the wrong dial, you can write which dial you prefer in the text box at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping information
We at Seikomod SE strive to give you a smooth and reliable shipping experience every time you shop with us. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we would like to inform you of our shipping conditions.
Order goods
For watches that are not in stock, these are classified as made-to-order items. This means that the delivery time for these products is between 2-4 weeks, depending on your geographical location. We appreciate your understanding of the longer waiting time, which is necessary to ensure that you receive the watch you have selected, of the highest quality and in the correct color and style.
Clocks in stock
If you are looking for a watch that can be delivered faster, we recommend that you check under the Stock tab. Watches that are in stock are ready to ship immediately and offer a delivery time of only 1-4 business days. This allows you to get your new watch in less time and start using it soon.
Tracking and Notifications
When your package has been sent, you will receive an SMS notification from PostNord with information about your delivery. After you receive this message, you can easily follow your package and track its status via PostNord's tracking service. This way you can keep track of your delivery and know exactly when it is expected to arrive.

Right of withdrawal and returns
According to the Distance Shopping Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within this time period. After you notify us of your decision to return the product, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to return the item in unaltered condition and in the original packaging. Our company is not responsible for the handling or condition of the return during the return transport. Once we have received the item in approved condition, or received proof that it has been sent, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Guarantee
The customer has a warranty on the watch for 1 year. This applies if the clock stops working properly during this period. The warranty does not cover scratches and cracks on the watch. The warranty also does not cover water damage.
